WASHINGTON, DC – In Planned Parenthood’s world, up is down and down is up. And good is evil and evil is good.

That’s the kind of presentation Planned Parenthood attorneys are making in court during closing arguments of the massive trial against David Daleiden, Sandra Merritt and the pro-life advocates involved in exposing its sales of aborted baby parts. Instead of facing any consequences for selling the body parts of aborted children, the nation’s biggest abortion business wants to crush these pro-life Americans with millions in punitive damages for exposing its horrific practices.

Harry Mihet, the Chief Litigation Counsel for Liberty Counsel, which is representing Merritt, talked about the closing arguments.

“We did hear several hours of Planned Parenthood’s closing argument today, and it was very tough to stomach. They repeatedly called our clients all kinds of evil and they asked the San Francisco jury to award millions of dollars in punitive damages against them, “to punish and deter them” from ever exposing Planned Parenthood again,” he said. “And, as the number one reason for seeking punitive damages, they had the audacity to refer to Dr. Mary “Lamborghini-for-Livers” Gatter, and Dr. Deborah “Crush-Above-and-Crush-Below” Nucatola.” ….
