NEW YORK, NY – The Trump administration continued to stand up for the rights of unborn babies this week when it rejected a United Nations aid plan that promotes abortions.

According to the pro-life organization C-Fam, which lobbies at the United Nations, the U.S. representatives to the UN refused to approve the UN agreement on global humanitarian assistance for the coronavirus and other emergencies because of the pro-abortion agenda within the plan.

“The United States cannot accept the terms ‘sexual and reproductive health care services’ and ‘sexual and reproductive health,’” the U.S. leaders said in a statement late Tuesday. “We emphasize that health care should focus on health promotion and prevention, consistent with national legislation and policies.” …
