While battling several sex abuse accusations in civil court, disgraced former cardinal Theodore McCarrick is also facing criminal charges. Church Militant’s Kristine Christlieb brings us the latest in the ongoing drama of the homopredator from Dedham, Massachusetts.
James Grein, McCarrick whistleblower: “Today’s ruling was an absolute home run for the prosecution.”
A Massachusetts judge is certifying that sworn testimony taken in a New Jersey civil lawsuit is “material and necessary to the prosecution” of Theodore McCarrick.
The commonwealth has charged the defrocked cardinal with three felony counts of “indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older.” …
