Since when is it the prerogative of the president to get out the vote? Yet this is exactly what President Joe Biden has been fighting for. In March 2021, he signed an executive order spurring 600 federal agencies to come up with plans on how to fuel voter registration and voter turnout.

These plans were to be submitted nine month ago to Susan Rice, head of the White House’s Domestic Policy Council. Rice was President Barack Obama’s national security advisor and had her hand in every scandal of that administration including Benghazi, spying on Donald Trump, and the disgraceful swap of jihadis for deserter Bowe Bergdahl. …
