Manchin was one of the few Democratic legislators attending the event who applauded the president’s call to action. Judge Christopher C. Hite of the Superior Court of California in San Francisco heard arguments January 28 from Daleiden’s legal team for why Daleiden’s accusers should be named... Daleiden, 30, is the undercover journalist and director of the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) who in 2015 released grisly videos (watch here) allegedly exposing Planned Parenthood’s illegal harvesting and sale for profit of body parts from aborted babies.

While complications from the syndrome can be fatal, some patients live years after the diagnosis... His doctors had a different idea of how long he should live... In Simon Crosier’s case, doctors placed a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) order, along with a “comfort feeds” order in his medical chart. They didn’t ask or tell either parent. But Democrats rejected my motion and refused to consider it. Why won’t they go on record and tell the American people where they stand on infanticide?” Scalise asked on Twitter following the denial.
