The Louisiana 1st Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday granted AG Jeff Landry’s request to let the ban take effect while the state appeals a lower court ruling that blocked it last week... The ruling will force the state's abortion clinics to shut down for the third time since the SCOTUS overturned Roe v. Wade.
