The pro-abortion ruling, which was not explained, was decided in a 7-2 vote, with Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito as the dissenting voices.

The nation’s highest court ruled today in an unsigned order that the abortion drug mifepristone can continue being sold as is nationwide – turning back an effort by doctors to block sales or at (least) stop mail-order abortions that put women’s health at risk. It granted the request made by the Biden admin and Danco, the maker of the dangerous pill.
