The result raises questions about how the Supreme Court’s June 24 decision might be a factor in the midterm elections and what it might mean for abortion-related ballot initiatives in other states... Kansans voted 59% to 41% to leave in place a 2019 state Supreme Court ruling that found a right to abortion in the state’s constitution.
