By Charlie Butts, OneNewsNow - One pro-life group says the Trump administration is off to a good start with developing ideas to help pregnant women in rural America… The Department of Health and Human Services, under the Trump administration, has awarded $9 million to launch the Rural Maternity and Obstetrics Management Strategies Program… "The goal is to improve maternal healthcare, and that of course covers maternal and fetal health," explains Laura Echevarria of the National Right to Life Committee (NRLC)… Echevarria points out, though, that the program will initially will be funded for only New Mexico, Texas, and Missouri.
