Trump announced new regulations through the Department of Health and Human Services that will more effectively enforce existing federal laws that protect the conscience rights of healthcare providers… While the Trump Administration released new rules last month designed to protect them from being forced to violate their conscience, Democrats in Congress think otherwise.

It strips away all legal protections for unborn babies and allows them to be aborted for basically any reason up to birth… But Illinois is not alone… Eight other states also allow unborn babies to be aborted through all nine months of pregnancy and some have done so for years… The states are Alaska, Colorado, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon and Vermont, along with Washington, D.C. This fact is confirmed by the Guttmacher Institute, a pro-abortion research group and former arm of Planned Parenthood.

(There is zero evidence to support that claim, but it was dutifully relayed by the compliant mainstream media.) How is it, then, that a bid to reduce medical standards for the procedure is classified as a measure to protect women’s health?
