Why One Alabama Man is Suing on Behalf of an Aborted Fetus, by Jonah McKeown

By Jonah McKeown, CNA - In what is believed to be the first case of its kind in the United States, an attorney will represent the estate of an aborted child, after the father filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the six-week old fetus... Court documents allege that a then-16-year-old Alabama woman obtained a medication abortion in February 2017, despite the protestations of her boyfriend, who says he is the father of the child... The man subsequently sued the Alabama Women’s Center for Reproductive Alternatives in Huntsville last month, saying that he had wanted to keep the child.

Rhode Island House Passes Bill Legalizing Abortion Up to Birth, Funding Free Abortions, by Micaiah Bilger

By Micaiah Bilger, LifeNews - Rhode Island House lawmakers passed a radical pro-abortion bill late Thursday night that would legalize abortions for basically any reason up to birth... The pro-abortion bill passed in a 44-30 vote, and now awaits action by the state Senate... State Senate Bill 152 is similar to the new abortion law in New York. It would allow abortions for basically any reason up to birth, even if Roe v. Wade is overturned, and strike down modest abortion restrictions in the state
