By Katherine Rodriguez, Breitbart - A Queens, New York, man accused of murdering his pregnant girlfriend had initially faced an abortion allegation as well, but prosecutors spared him that charge due to New York’s recently passed pro-abortion law… a spokeswoman for the Queens District Attorney’s Office told the Post that there is no such abortion charge under the current “law as it exists today” because the charge “was repealed by the Legislature.”

In Simon Crosier’s case, doctors placed a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) order, along with a “comfort feeds” order in his medical chart. They didn’t ask or tell either parent.
