Washington, DC – Congressman Chip Roy has introduced a bill to stop funding the World Health Organization in part because the WHO promotes abortion.

Roy, a pro-life Republican from Texas, was joined by several of his House colleagues to introduce legislation to prohibit U.S. funding for the World Health Organization. The “No Taxpayer Funding for the World Health Organization Act” would prohibit the United States from providing assessed or voluntary to the WHO.
