Let’s skip past the part where Democrat leaders in the most perfunctory way “disavow” the violent and lawless rioting in Los Angeles, and their news media counterparts diligently repeat those disavowals for them. What we’re seeing in L.A. is what Democrats instigate and excuse when their policies are obstructed. They’re happy with it. This is how they govern, and to pretend otherwise is an insult to even below-average intelligence (looking at you, Jasmine Crockett).

Democrat Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass said as much on Monday on CNN, after two days of foreign nationals hurling boulders at cop cars, setting private property on fire, and tossing explosives at federal government facilities. “I just have to say that if you dial back time and go [back] to Friday,” she said, “if immigration raids had not happened here, we would not have the disorder that went on last night.” …
