Dr. James Dobson, founder of Focus on the Family and longtime pro-life advocate, died Thursday at the age of 89. According to an announcement from Dr. James Dobson Family Institute, he is survived by “his wife of 64 years, Shirley; their children, Danae and Ryan; daughtethe r-in-law Laura; and two beloved grandchildren.”
