There is hope among pro-lifers in Texas that an abortionist accused of twisting the necks of babies born alive will finally face justice.

The abortionist is Douglas Karpen, who is still at work in the city despite former employees alleging in a Life Dynamics video (see below) that the abortionist killed babies born alive after botched abortions.

Operation Rescue cooperated with the employees and their claims in 2012, then sought an indictment against Karpen based on their first-hand claims and photographic evidence. But a grand jury failed to indict Karpen, allegedly because of politics and corruption from the district attorney’s office.

Sullenger, CherylKerpen’s case, or at least the allegations against him, mirrored Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell, who is serving two life sentences for killing babies born alive during abortions by cutting their spinal cords.

Picking up the issue six years later, Operate Rescue spokesperson Cheryl Sullenger tells OneNewsNow that a federal prosecutor is reviewing the case after the Select Panel on Infant Lives, a congressional committee, recommended that the Department of Justice investigate the accusations.

“We hope this time, after literally six years of waiting, that this man will finally be brought to justice,” Sullenger says.
