Washington, DC – Joe Biden is calling on Senate Democrats to make a one-time exception to the filibuster rules in order to force a bill through the chamber that would legalize abortions up to birth nationwide. Such a bill would essentially override the ability of states to protect babies from abortions following the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
