Washington, DC – A late-term abortion business in the nation’s capital has stopped killing babies following a complaint against its abortionist.

As LifeNews recently reported, a late-term abortionist who kill babies in Washington, D.C. was caught disoriented and wearing a full arm cast before he reportedly began doing risky late-term abortions.

Local pro-life advocates who encountered and photographed Cesare Santangelo say he was in no condition to do surgical abortions. They said that if he did abortions that day, he would put women’s lives at risk.

Now, following the complaint last Thursday, the Washington Surgi Clinic abortion center has halted appointments. ….
