“People who want to slaughter children” will not be deterred by gun control legislation because they will not be “mindful of a law,” radio host Mark Levin argued Thursday on “The Mark Levin Show.”

Levin observed that individuals determined to commit these crimes will be able to find ways to obtain weapons even with stricter gun control laws.

“We’re going to pass a law. So what? Do you think people who want to slaughter children are going to be mindful of a law? Does anybody know that murder is a capital crime — you can face the death sentence in Texas? One murder, let alone 21.” …
