Conservative commentator Mark Levin said Wednesday that the 2020 presidential election unveiled the “complete collapse” of the courts on state officials taking unconstitutional actions.
“This election has exposed the complete collapse of the judiciary as a check on unconstitutional acts by state officials eviscerating legislative authority under our federal constitution (Art. II, Sec. 1, Cl. 2),” he said.
Levin previously blasted the Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar for violating this constitutional provision by counting votes that arrived following Election Day without valid postmarks. …
