Justin Danhof at the National Center for Public Policy Research says corporate boardrooms and c-suites have become bastions of liberal orthodoxy.
“Many former Obama administration officials are now top executives and board members at some big companies,” Danhof tells OneNewsNow. “Jay Carney is one of the most influential vice presidents at Amazon right now; he was the mouth of the Obama administration for quite some time.”
Carney’s predecessor, Robert Gibbs, runs public relations for McDonald’s.
“Lisa Jackson, who of course had a fake name and email address to avoid Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, she served as the head of the Environmental Protection Agency under President Obama, and she’s now one of the top executives at none other than Apple,” Danhof continues. “Former Attorney General Eric Holder has been tapped by companies including Uber and Airbnb to help them craft different policy at those organizations.”
Danhof recommends that people look online at some of the top companies in America to see who sits on the board.
“It’s a lot of the same faces, same names,” he reiterates. “The liberal leadership of this country is really taking over the boardrooms of America, and I think that a lot of people aren’t aware of that. It would be shocking to most folks to take a look at that.”
Meanwhile, some are considering a Netflix boycott over the addition of Susan Rice. If they do, then Danhof suggests they should contact the company and tell them why.
“The company needs to hear directly from consumers and customers that are offended by this,” he says. “Otherwise there’s not going to be any real change.”
