Pitchers Blake Treinen from the Los Angeles Dodgers and Trevor Williams from the Washington Nationals stood up for Christianity and denounced the Dodgers’ egregious decision to honor the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence at their Pride Night.
Both players took to Twitter to let everyone, including the Dodgers, know what they think.
“I am disappointed to see the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence being honored as heroes at Dodger Stadium,” Treinen stated. “Many of their performances are blasphemous, and their work only displays hate and mockery of Catholics and the Christian faith.
