Between the entirety of Senate Democrats quashing athletic integrity and a loophole in Title IX, women’s sports are still in jeopardy.

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) recently announced that it was changing its policy wording so that it aligned with President Donald Trump’s executive order titled “Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.” This EO explicitly protects women by banning males from participating in their sports.
