(CNS News) — In statements and remarks released yesterday and today, both Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) said President Joe Biden’s ruinous withdrawal from Afghanistan and the ISIS-K terrorist attack that killed 13 U.S. service members in Afghanistan indicate that Biden is “not fit to lead,” and the Cabinet should consider removing him from office through the authority of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution.

Hawley specifically said Biden “must resign.”

In a statement released on Aug. 26, Sen. Hawley said, “Our nation is forever indebted to the brave Marines who made the ultimate sacrifice today. And we remember as well the innocent Afghanis who needlessly perished.” …
