With more admissions of cognitive decline and a revelation of metastatic prostate cancer, the biggest question is this: Exactly who was running the country during Joe Biden’s presidency?

The word “scandal” is used so frequently in Washington, DC, that when a genuine scandal does arise, it may seem to resemble the scenario of the boy who cried wolf.

Yet what has transpired over the last few days regarding Jake Tapper’s “revelations” of Joe Biden’s long-declining mental state, followed by the latest news regarding the former president’s stage 4 prostate cancer diagnosis — for which the prognosis may be grim — has everyone reacting, pointing fingers, and seeking cover.
