WASHINGTON, D.C., September 23, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – President Donald Trump announced today he will be signing a Born Alive Executive Order “to ensure that all precious babies born alive, no matter their circumstances, receive the medical care that they deserve.”
Speaking at the National Catholic Prayer Breakfast, which due to the coronavirus crisis took place virtually, Trump called this measure “our sacrosanct moral duty.” The executive order, once signed, will protect babies born alive after a failed abortion.
“We are also increasing federal funding for the neonatal research to ensure that every child has the very best chance to thrive and to grow,” Trump continued in his short three-minute speech.
