U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland (pictured with President Joe Biden) called a Texas pro-life law unconstitutional, and ordered the Justice Dept. to sue, after a U.S. Supreme Court ruling allowed it to stand.

Law enforcement authorities are being praised for making an arrest after Texas lawmakers were threatened for passing a pro-life law which made them targets of abortion-supporting fanatics.

American Family News has reported that passage of the Heartbeat Act went mostly unnoticed by the public in May until the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Sept. 2 it would not hear an appeal seeking to stop the law.  …
