People who regularly watch Fox News are much more likely to get the facts about current topics right than those who watch more liberal outlets. That’s revealed in a recently published nationwide survey of 2,000 likely U.S. voters.

How individuals answer various questions influences their communities and their country – questions such as: How large is the national debt? How many unarmed black men did police shoot last year? How long until humanity becomes extinct if nothing is done about alleged “climate change”?

According to a Heartland Institute/Rasmussen poll, more viewers of Fox News knew the right answers when compared with people who watch CNN, MSNBC, and similar outlets. Justin Haskins of The Heartland Institute explains that’s because liberal media outlets are more interested in changing people’s minds than reporting the facts. ….
