WASHINGTON, DC – David Daleiden woke up the world to the horrendous practices of the abortion industry in 2015 through a series of undercover videos.
Now, the undercover journalists could be sent to prison for his work.
Daleiden, 31, plans to plead not guilty Friday in California Superior Court to nine felony charges involving eavesdropping, falsifying documents and recording people without their consent, the Washington Times reports.
Andrew Bath, executive vice president of the Thomas More Society, a pro-life legal firm representing Daleiden, asked people to pray for his case this week.
“You and I both know how outrageous the state’s case is against David. But that doesn’t mean this is going to be an easy battle,” Bath said. “In fact, it’s going to be quite the opposite …” ….
