Washington, DC – One hundred and thirty-seven abortion clinics have closed down in America since the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022, according to a recent report by pro-life organization Operation Rescue.

Operation Rescue published its annual report on American abortion facilities on the day of the 51st annual March for Life, January 19. The report reads, “in 2023, 49 abortion clinics closed or halted abortions. Between 2022 and 2023, a total of 136 abortion clinics have stopped killing. Cities that once had abortion mills in full operation are now abortion-free!”

Operation Rescue Senior Policy Advisor Anne Reed wrote, “This year’s national March for Life is being held three days prior to the anniversary of that horrendously unjust decision and less than two years after the anniversary of the day it was finally overturned – June 24, 2022.” …
