All in all, this hasn’t been a bad week for America, and so this edition of the 5QT ought to be taken in the positive spirit in which it’s intended.

That sure sounds like a big deal, right? Thune is moving forward on the SAVE America Act, the GOP is serious about safeguarding our elections from the undocumented and undead, and all is right with the world. Why, he might just force a talking filibuster that will break the Democrats in the Senate once and for all. …
