When you refuse to enforce the law and let criminal hoodlums get away with everything, this is what happens. Absolutely, utter chaos.

Which is exactly what went down in Philadelphia over the weekend, where literally hundreds of people – many of them teens and young adults – took over city streets, assaulted cops, vandalized property, busted police vehicles, and set off illegal fireworks, while law enforcement largely stood by, helpless.
