Washington, DCA federal appeals court appears likely to either block the abortion pill nationwide or at least ban mail-order abortions.

That’s because the makeup of the three-judge panel that will consider the major case doctors filed against the FDA’s approval process of the dangerous abortion drug are conservative appointees who understand there is not a right to abortion.

Last month, the Supreme Court allowed continued sales of the abortion pill while the case continued at the lower court level. The vote was 7-2, with Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito dissenting. …
