CV NEWS FEED // Renowned Catholic scholar and author Ryan T. Anderson slammed a bill recently introduced by Sens. Ted Cruz, R-TX, and Katie Britt, R-AL, seeking to protect the in-vitro-fertilization (IVF) industry.

In a brief op-ed published by The Wall Street Journal Monday, Anderson denounced the legislation as “moral and political malpractice” and argued that its passage would serve to empower the political left.

“Ted Cruz and Katie Boyd Britt no doubt sincerely believe ‘IVF is profoundly pro-family,’ but they are profoundly mistaken,” wrote Anderson, president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPPC). …
