The future of America is at stake

Catholics around the world are picking up their Rosaries — their spiritual weapon of choice — during this time of peril, as they have for centuries.

Catholics know it’s a high-risk election that could alter the course of America and world history. They are responding with prayer and fasting, with faith and fervor — and there is no better way to do this than to pray the Holy Rosary.

“The Rosary is the ‘weapon’ for these times,” St. Padre Pio said, and the Church Militant apostolate is heeding the saint’s call to spiritual arms.

54-day Rosary novena

Church Militant is inviting all Catholics to join in a 54-day novena prior to the November 3 election, which is being called “the most pivotal political moment” not only for the United States but for the world. 

Beginning on the Blessed Mother’s birthday, Sept. 8, and running up to All Saints Day, Nov. 1 (two days before the election), Church Militant will livestream the daily novena Rosary, Monday-Friday, starting at 8 a.m. ET. The usual morning prayers will be said after the Rosary during the novena. Saturdays and Sundays are on the participants’ honor.   …
