The cost of many items on Americans’ traditional Thanksgiving holiday grocery list have been rising faster than the increase of inflation for all items, in general, and this year is no different.

Over past year, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for all items is up 3.2%, before seasonal adjustment, CNSNews reported Tuesday following the release of U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data comparing October 2023 to October 2022.
