Washington, DC – David Daleiden has filed a lawsuit against the Planned Parenthood abortion business for defamation after the abortion corporation repeatedly accused Daleiden and the other undercover journalists of “manufacture[d]”, “fake”, and “false” undercover video reporting.

The Center for Medical Progress and its founder David Daleiden are suing Planned Parenthood Federation of America for defamation in New York federal court after PPFA falsely claimed the series of videos CMP released a few years ago that exposed Planned Parenthood’s sales of aborted baby parts were “fake.” ….
