Healthcare-Matrix. Taking the red pill.

Nurses Out Loud can be heard on weekdays at 10 am ET. Listen on iHeart Radio, our world-class media player, or our free apps on Apple, Android, or Alexa. All episodes can be found on podcast networks worldwide the day after airing on talk radio.

When I came into this fight for medical freedom, I really had no idea the extent of the changes that would come about in my life, both personally and professionally. As an allopathically trained nurse for my entire career, you can imagine that over these past three years, I had begun questioning everything. At first, I was very angry. I was angry that after all of my hard work, my many years of training, and the financial investments that went into earning my degrees, all of this now seemed to be a waste of my efforts and of my resources.

I would now have to invest even more time, and more money to now unlearn what I had long believed to be true. I now have to open myself up to learning how to nurse from a more holistic and integrative perspective. Something that, for years, I had been led to believe was somehow controversial, and that it should immediately be met with skepticism and written off as quackery.

Over the past year, I have learned a lot, and my mindset has completely shifted. Functional medicine is actually an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to healthcare that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic illnesses through a comprehensive assessment of lifestyle, diet, environment, and genetics. It seeks to understand the underlying mechanisms of diseases rather than just slapping a band-aid on the symptoms.

By understanding these mechanisms, practitioners can develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each person’s specific needs, because healthcare is not one size fits all. This area of medicine has been gaining popularity in recent years due to its holistic approach and its focus on prevention and wellness rather than just managing the disease. This has been my vision and ultimate goal for Nurse Freedom Network, and now for Remnant Nursing; to be able to create and sustain an environment where all of us, nurses and patients alike, are able to thrive.

During this episode, I speak with Dr. Krishna Doniparthi, a physician specializing in fatty acids and phospholipids for cellular repair and regeneration. He practices functional medicine in Alpharetta, GA, focusing on biological substrates for cellular detoxification to help children and adults with complex medical conditions due to epigenetic changes. Dr. Doniparthi also educates and trains practitioners on implementing clinical treatments for long COVID, vaccine injury, mold/fungus infections, neurological disorders, and other intricate medical conditions. His primary focus of research is on pre-conception medicine and its potential effect on spectrum disorders, cancer, and genetic/epigenetic predispositions.
