Washington, DC – Four years after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in its Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision, 19 states now have laws protecting babies from abortion.

The June 24, 2022, ruling restored to the American people and their elected representatives the authority to enact laws protecting unborn children. Today marks the fourth anniversary of that landmark decision.

“Four years ago, the Supreme Court corrected a grave injustice by overturning Roe v. Wade,” said Carol Tobias, president of National Right to Life. “For nearly fifty years, Roe prevented the American people from protecting unborn children through our elected representatives.” ….
