Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker has reacted to the 2024 Olympic Games opening ceremony with utter disdain.

The Paris Olympics opening ceremony sparked massive backlash from across the globe after a performance that appeared to be a live parody of Leonardo Da Vinci’s “The Last Supper” – only this time, it was performed by drag queens. Many people reacted with disgust that the Olympics would feature such a perverse mockery of Christianity .

And Butker was one of the vocal ones.

In a post on social media, Butker wrote, “That is crazy” in response to the performance, and proceeded to quote Galatians 6:7-8 which reads: “Be not deceived, God is not mocked. For what things a man shall sow, those also shall he reap. For he that soweth in his flesh, of the flesh also shall reap corruption. But he that soweth in the spirit, of the spirit shall reap life everlasting.” ….
