Baton Rouge, Louisiana – Louisiana Attorney General announced today that she plans to sue New York Governor Kathy Hochul and California Governor Gavin Newsom for their refusal to honor Louisiana’s extradition requests for doctors in their states who have committed felonies in Louisiana by sending abortion pills into the state.

Benjamin Clapper, Executive Director of Louisiana Right to Life has issued the following response:
