Baton Rouge, Louisiana – A Louisiana court has reversed an injunction a judge put in place that temporarily blocked the state’s abortion ban. The court had already lifted the injunction temporarily so the ban could save babies from abortions but today’s ruling permanently lifts it so the pro-life law can continue protecting women and children from abortion.

the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the preliminary injunction that was put into place by Judge Don Johnson in July 2022. The request for injunction, which was brought forward by June Medical Services, the Shreveport abortion facility, and others, would have blocvked the abortion ban until its lawsuit against it was complete. …
