Washington, DC – At a global warming event earlier this year, Vice President Kamala Harris stated, “When we invest in clean energy and electric vehicles and reduce population, more of our children can breathe clean air and drink clean water.” The White House quickly moved to let the press know she misspoke and meant to say, “reduce pollution.” Her record on children, however, shows that her verbal miscue was less a misstatement and more a Freudian slip.
