Washington, DCThe Planned Parenthood abortion business will close two centers in Louisiana today – making it so the southern state is totally free of the nation’s biggest abortion business.

Both Planned Parenthood facilities in Louisiana will close their doors effective today.

Notably, the New Orleans facility was constructed with the stated goal of becoming a regional abortion center, intending to perform nearly 2,844 abortions per year. With Louisiana banning abortions and a new federal law defunding Planned Parenthood, babies across the state are protected and that goal was not achieved.
