Yet counsel decides against charging due to his ‘age and poor memory’
A special prosecutor has determined that Joe Biden did, indeed, take and keep classified government papers to which he was not entitled, and even shared the information with others.
Multiple acts violated federal law, but Biden isn’t going to be charged, as least partly because his “age and poor memory would create reasonable doubt for jurors,” according to a report in Just the News.
President Trump, who is being prosecuted for a long list of federal counts for what essentially were the same actions, charged the determination confirms a two-tier system of justice in America, where Democrats commit crimes and get off, while he, as a Republican, is prosecuted. …
