(CNSNews.com)—When asked whether a Supreme Court nominee who claims she cannot define what a woman is should be able to serve on the high court, Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-N. D.) said, “It’s a problem. It was a dodge, and it was, I think it exposed sort of the political nature and the fact that she’s super-coached.”

At the Capitol on Thursday, CNSNews.com asked Sen. Cramer, “Senator Blackburn asked Judge Jackson to define the word ‘woman’ and Judge Jackson said, ‘No, I can’t.’ Should someone who does not know what a woman is serve on the Supreme Court?”

The senator said, “Well, it’s a pretty serious problem especially when her excuse was she’s not a biologist, and yet she’s prepared to rule on climate change, which means, well, are you a climatologist? Are, you know, are you going to—what about, what about chemicals? Are you going to be able to define harmful chemicals, if you’re not a chemist?” …
