Supreme Court Does the Unthinkable on Title 42 Ruling to Protect American Sovereignty, by Dr. Steve LaTulippe

The battle over Title 42 rages. The unpredictable Supreme Court, in a 5-4 decision, voted to keep the measure in effect. The pro-immigrant Biden team calls Title 42 a curse. If you reside in El Paso, you might think otherwise. Illegal aliens have amassed on their border, waiting for the anticipated termination of Title 42. That didn’t happen as expected. But it does nothing to alleviate the justified fears of having a porous border created by a derelict government that invites a full invasion. What’s really going on?

Recall that Title 42 was implemented by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) under the direction of President Trump, specifically to reduce the spread of the Wuhan virus. It was a cautious move that had merit, given the confusion at the time about the origin, prevalence, and infectious potential of the “novel” SARS-CoV-2 viral strain. Since this manmade pandemic has been over for some time now, why is Title 42 still being enforced by the Supreme Court? Shouldn’t it have ended with the pandemic? The Supreme Court decided to sustain the immigration rule for at least until June 2023. Does this even make sense? …
