Caritas Internationalis with Pope Francis

Vatican City, Italy – The Vatican’s largest charitable agency, Caritas Internationalis, is on the governing body of a communist organization that promotes abortion, LGBT activism and veneration of the Pachamama, says a new report from the Lepanto Institute.

The highly detailed report provides dozens of primary sources showing that Caritas Internationalis is on the International Council of the World Social Forum (WSF), an organization formed by local and international communist organizations in Porto Alegre, Brazil in 2001.

In 2017, Caritas was instrumental in reshaping the International Council, granting it more decision-making ability and involvement in what is promoted at the WSF events and which organizations are allowed to make presentations. …
