The City of Aurora Colorado on Wednesday confirmed “components” of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) are operating in the community but claim reports of TdA influence “are isolated.”

TdA gang activity is believed to have been caught on surveillance camera in an Aurora apartment building showing armed men moving throughout the complex.

Cindy and Edward Romero lived in that apartment building until Wednesday. FOX31 interviewed them.

“It’s been a nightmare and I can’t wait to get out of here,” former resident Cindy Romero said. …
