The radical abortion amendment includes no age limit, no parental rights, no ban on partial-birth abortions, no required medical treatment for babies born alive after a botched abortion, and no restrictions on taxpayer funding.

Virginia legislators took a radical step forward in altering the state’s constitution on Friday, passing an extreme abortion amendment that will go to a people’s vote in November.
